This method was inefficient, prone to errors, and imposed major constraints on real-time updates and cross-team collaboration, making it difficult to achieve swift decision-making and efficient sales management. To address these challenges, they required a digital transformation solution to centralize and automate their sales data management.

    1. Inefficient & Restricted Excel Management: Sales data was managed via Excel, which was error-prone and heavily restricted real-time updates and team collaboration.
    2. Stagnant Operations & Decision-Making: Fragmented data and lack of real-time visibility made swift decision-making and efficient sales tracking difficult.
